Program will be held Monday and Wednesday 10:50-11:45am
June 15th-July 15th (10 sessions)
Program will provide an increase in:
Foot Speed / Leg & Core Strength / Power/ Injury Prevention (Especially exercises geared to reduce the chance of ACL tears)
In this program we will also focus on strengthening the neck muscles to help prevent against concussions.
During this program athletes will work on their:
- Running mechanics
- Soccer speed with and without the ball
- Core Strength
All of this while having Fun!
A 45 minute full-body cardiovascular workout. This isn’t your typical spin class, this is a dance party on a bike. Ride to the beat of the music, in an intimate setting where the energy is electrifying.
Program will provide a Strength / Speed / Explosion workout designed to make each player faster and more explosive.
We will also discuss how to maximize your body:
- That will help with arm care and conditioning
- Develop a strong core for more power and explosion
- Leg strength for greater speed and quickness
- Make yourself a more dominant athlete
Blazing Speed Academy
The only academy around to help you to drop seconds off your running and to help build a solid foundation for speed, quickness and power. Learn the techniques for improving your acceleration and also learn the secret to improving your speed.
A fun filled class teaching basic movement patterns for better understanding of the body. Class will present activities and games that strengthen the body and promotes healthy competition through challenges kids will likely face throughout their life.
