As school starts for many around the country and all the parents take pictures of their children’s first day of class. The one thing I read under every caption is “I cannot believe how fast time goes” or” so and so is already a senior etc”… This brings me back to starting up my business 10 years ago with only a couple dollars and working 4 jobs to pay the bills. I think back to all the great people who have entered into my life as a coach, parent or athlete. I have been truly blessed by GOD to be put in this situation of helping people unleash their potential, not only on the field but also in life. I have had the opportunity to help people understand what it takes to work harder and smarter to become successful.

The first half of this year has been great in many respects in that many of the athletes the ESP staff has worked with have received some type of college scholarship to play at the next level. For a list of these athletes go to www.exsp.biz and click on the ESP nation tab. The ESP staff has worked with many of these athletes for years and can say that every single one of them is successful because of their hard work, determination and dedication of being something better. This shows me how fortunate I am to be blessed by such wonderful athletes.

It has also been a tough summer due to the loss of one of the ESP family members who was killed in a traffic accident. You never really know how fragile life is and how it can be here one second and gone the next. My advice to all the athletes moving onto college and the ones who are just entering junior high. Live life to the fullest. Do not be lazy and think you will be able to do it tomorrow or the next day. This world we live in moves so fast and it does not wait for anyone or anything. It moves and if you do not accomplish what you want to today, tomorrow might just be too late. Enjoy the beginning of school and the sports that come along with it, but remember life is short so it enjoy it with everything you got. Now go and Unleash that Potential.
