If you are looking for that one on one option to help take your athletic ability, fitness level or health to the next level then this is what you need to sign up for. One on one, 2-1 and 3-1 training available.
30 min consultation with Coach Brix – $40.00
Book 30 minutes to get an in-person assessment of any injuries you may have. Coach Brix will help you walk away with a game plan to get you back to 100%!

The purpose of this class is to bring men together in their spirit, mind and body.
We meet most Saturday’s 7:00 – 7:55 am at EXSP
This program will help transform you to being the man GOD wants you to be. It focuses on spiritual renewal to transform your spirit, soul, mind and body into a Jesus warrior approach to life.

Little Speed Beast
Learn the athletic foundation that will help you skyrocket your athletic ability as you age. One of the deficiencies of modern kids is their lack of proper movement, twitchiness, reaction, speed, jumping and overall basic athletics.
Help your child improve and overcome any movement deficiencies before they become a problem.
Classes Run March 2nd through April 22nd
