Do you want to learn a push-up that requires explosive power.  This is not for the beginner or someone who can not perform a push up with correct form.  This requires upper and lower body power that is generated from the core.  What you want to do is get in a push-up position where the body is about 1-2 inches off the ground.  From there you want to explode up and twist your body 90 degrees to the right.  Catch yourself in the same position as when you started.  From there explode back to your starting postion.  Repeat over to the left side then back to the middle.  Try that 2 or 3 times with great form over and back.   This is a great challenging exercises that you can try or give to your athletes.
